Independence Plaza maintains a no smoking policy throughout the building, including all common areas, the lobby, rest rooms, stairwells, elevators and the garage. There is no smoking within 25 feet of all building entrances. The entire Curtis Street side of the building is a Nonsmoking area due to the air intake vents by the entrance. The designated smoking area for our tenants is on Arapahoe Street under the overhang by the garage exit ramp. We appreciate your cooperation.
