Hours of Operation

Normal business hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Holidays

The Building Holidays observed each year are listed below in order to aid your planning operations during the year.

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

The building will operate in "holiday mode" on these days, which is the same as the Sunday procedure (access cards will be needed in the elevators and there will be no HVAC or janitorial services).

If you have requests for after-hours HVAC, security clearances, or other building needs for a holiday, please email or call the Management Office at least three days prior to the holiday. If you need immediate assistance over a holiday, you may contact the lobby desk at 720-932-9510, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
