Monthly parking spaces are available for lease to Independence Plaza tenants per the terms of their lease. Additional parking may be available on a month-to-month basis depending upon availability. Parking accounts commence on either the first or fifteenth of the month and require 30 days written notice for cancellation. There is a one-time $25.00 activation charge for new monthly parkers.

Monthly Payment Information

Payments for parking should be made directly to the parking operator and should not be included with office rent. Payments may be dropped off in the parking office, made online at parking.com or mailed to:

Parking Access

Monthly parkers can enter and exit the garage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking cards contain an anti-pass back feature. This means that the card must be used to enter the garage before it is allowed to be used for exiting the garage. If your card does not work at the garage entrance or you have forgotten it, pull a ticket to enter and contact the parking office before leaving for the day.
